A Few More Things

Ka Huna Massage is a non sexual strictly therapeutic only massage of long, sweeping strokes along the body like rolling waves along with some range of motion work and deep tissue techniques to balance the flow of energy and facilitate healing on every levels.

This massage takes nurturing and time to ease stress from your body. Therefore, this massage is better suited to a light or medium pressure to achieve results. In saying that each person and each body is different. Each emotion and trauma may need support in different ways so the therapist may go deeper and trigger areas as long as consent has been given.

We do not offer specialised sports/remedial massages as these should be conducted on a regular basis with the same practitioner qualified in this modality for an effective outcome.

Each treatment depending on the type can be tailored to you. For a first treatment I would recommend booking in for the 60 minutes which includes a free 15 minute consultation to discuss what you need.
